Bill Bell

Bill Bell is Chief Product Officer at The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. In this role, Bell leads Penn Mutual's integrated product organization, including product development and advanced sales. He is responsible for advancing product strategy, strengthening alignment of product and sales strategies, and helping deliver competitive life insurance solutions that meet the evolving needs of financial professionals and their clients.

Bell brings more than 20 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industries. Prior to his appointment as Chief Product Officer, he served as Vice President of Advanced Sales at Penn Mutual. Throughout his career, Bell has focused on translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies and innovative solutions.

Bell holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and earned a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a member of the California Bar Association.
