Accessibility Policy

The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Penn Mutual”) is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of Penn Mutual’s websites (e.g., www.pennmutual.com), and all of Penn Mutual’s intranet sites, as applicable (collectively, the “Penn Mutual Sites”) for all people with disabilities. Penn Mutual continuously tests new and existing portions of the Penn Mutual Sites to identify usability issues and otherwise improve accessibility to the Penn Mutual Sites.

This Web Accessibility Policy (the “Policy”) indicates that Penn Mutual has undertaken, and continues to undertake, reasonable efforts to ensure that the applicable pages on all of the Penn Mutual Sites meet the standards set forth by the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (“WCAG 2.0 AA”). This Policy is available on all of Penn Mutual’s applicable web pages.

Penn Mutual trains its employees on the appropriate accessibility standards to ensure that the goals and standards set forth in this Policy are implemented and maintained correctly.

Penn Mutual is committed to improving any areas of the Penn Mutual Sites that do not comply with WCAG 2.0 AA and welcomes any feedback or recommendations. If a visitor to one of the Penn Mutual Sites determines that a web page does not meet the goals and standards set forth in this Policy, Penn Mutual will promptly undertake reasonable efforts to conform such web page, or provide an equally effective alternative. An equally effective alternative means that such alternative shall communicate the same information and provide the equivalent function(s) as found on the web page.
