The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company’s New York Agency Named Among Top 125 Best Training Programs in the World

HORSHAM, Pa. – December 9, 2016 The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company (Penn Mutual) is excited to announce that Empire Wealth Strategies, a Penn Mutual New York agency, has been awarded one of “The 2017 Training Top 125,” by Training magazine. The annual ranking recognizes the top 125 training programs across the globe that excel in employer-sponsored training and development programs for employees.

For the 17th year, the annual “Training Top 125” compiles rankings through several benchmarks that demonstrate the excellence of employer-sponsored training programs. Programs are evaluated on measures including total training budget, percentage of payroll, number of training hours per employee program, goals, evaluation and measurement of workplace surveys, hours of training per employee and detailed formal programs. The ranking is established based on both qualitative and quantitative factors. The rankings for the 125 leading organizations will be revealed at the Training 2017 Conference & Expo, January 30-February 1 in San Diego, CA.
